Defining Project Configuration
To configure basic parameters related to a project, perform the following:

Enter the configuration parameters in the Configurations tab of Create Project screen as shown in FigureFigure.

Document Import Configuration
When to execute
Document extraction process to be executed at the specified interval.
Note: You may specify value either When to Execute field or specify the Cron expression in Specify Cron expression field.
Specify Cron expression
Cron expression for defining the interval for document extraction. For example: 0 */10 * * * * . This means that document data extraction will happen every 10 minutes.
Note: You may specify value either When to Execute field or specify the Cron expression in Specify Cron expression field.
FTP Username
Username for accessing the server.
FTP Password
Password for accessing the server.
FTP Hostname
Remote server details. Communication to the remote server is done via SCP protocol.
Source File Location
Location of source files
Approval Route Automation Story Name
Name of the automation story to define the approval workflow.
Allocation Configuration
When to execute
Document auto allocation process to be executed at the specified interval.
Note: You may specify value either When to Execute field or specify the Cron expression in Specify Cron expression field.
Specify Cron expression
Cron expression for defining the interval for document auto allocation. For example: 0 */10 * * * * . This means that document data extraction will happen every 10 minutes.
Note: You may specify value either When to Execute field or specify the Cron expression in Specify Cron expression field.
Min
Minimum number of documents for a user.
Max
Maximum number of documents for a user.
Priority criteria
Priority criteria for auto allocation. it considers the filename with the specified keyword to identify priority to be allocated.
Results Export Configuration
Download Route Automation Story Name
Name of the automation story to define the download workflow.
When to execute ocument extraction result to be downloaded at the specified interval.
Note: You may specify value either When to Execute field or specify the Cron expression in Specify Cron expression field.
Specify Cron expression Cron expression for defining the interval for invoice extraction result download. For example: 0 */10 * * * *. This means that download will happen every 10 minutes.
Note: You may specify value either When to Execute field or specify the Cron expression in Specify Cron expression field.
Target Server Hostname
Remote server details.
Target Server FTP Username
Username for accessing the server.
Target Server FTP Password
Password for accessing the server.
Target Folder Location
Location details to store the consolidated result csv, for the time range.

Click Save to save the configurations. Ensure to save all blocks.
