Defining Channel Configuration
Channel Configuration enables to configure channels to iHub. iHub is an integration platform which converts the incoming JSON messages to SmartOps JSON and will send the converted JSON to SmartOps inbound queue for processing. iHub accepts the incoming JSON requests from four types of Channel namely, Queue Channel, API Channel, Http Endpoint Channel, and Email Channel.
To define channel configurations related to a project, perform the following steps:

Select the Channel Configuration tab of Create Project screen. Available channels will be listed as shown in FigureFigure.

To create a new channel, click on
icon. This displays the Create New Channel window as shown in FigureFigure.

Enter the name of the channel in Channel Name field.

Select the required channel type in the Channel Type field. Available options are:
Queue
API
EMAIL
HTTP
On successful configuration, you will be navigated to Add User tab of Create Project screen.
