Defining Project Configurations

To configure additional configurations related to a project, perform the following:

1. Enter the configuration parameters in the Configurations tab of Create Project screen as shown in FigureFigure.

   

   Field	Description
   General Configuration
   ICE XD Project Service ID	Unique identifier of the XD project for intent identifaction.
   Scheduled interval for Batch Prediction	Process to be executed at the specified interval.
   Specify Cron expression	Cron expression for defining the interval. For example: 0 */10 * * * * . This means that execution will happen every 10 minutes.
   Service Now Sense Configuration
   Service Now URL	URL for API end points of Service now instance.
   Service Now Username	User name to access Service Now instance.
   Service Now Password	Password corresponding to the user name for accessing Service Now instance.
   Service Now Update URL	URL for API end points of Service Now instance applicable during updates of tickets
   Service Now Timezone	Time zone of Service Now instance.
   Service Now Polling Cron expression	Cron expression for defining the interval. Select True or False.
   Service Now Polling Interval	Specify the cron expression or value for defining polling interval.
   Service Now Read Comments Flag	Whether to read comments related to service now tickets.
   Service Now Number of comments	Number of comments.
   Service Now Ticket State	Status of Service Now ticket.
   Service Now Active Flag	Whether Service Now ticket is active.
   Service Now Assignment Group	Assignment group corresponding to which tickets are to be polled.
   Service Now Force Row Count
   Service Now Created By
   Service Now Ticket Urgency	Urgency of service now ticket. For example High.
   Ticket Dump Details
   Ticket Dump Source Hostname	Hostname of ticket dump source.
   Source Username	User name for accessing the source instance.
   Source Password	Password corresponding to the user name for accessing the source instance.
   Ticket Dump Source File Path	File path for accessing the ticket dump.
   Ticket number column name in dump file	Ticket number column to be listened in dump file.
   Work Notes column name in dump file	Work notes column to be listened in dump file.
   Short Description column name in dump file	Short description column to be listened in dump file.
   Category column name in dump file	Category column to be listened in dump file
   Sub Category column name in dump file	Sub category column to be listened in dump file
   SLA column name in dump file	SLA column to be listened in dump file

2. Click Save to save the project configurations. Ensure to save configurations of all blocks.
   On successful configuration, you will be navigated to Add User tab of Create Project screen.
