Real-time ticket clustering

  1. Supported historic ticket dump size for a single file is 1 MB

  2. Workflow for Batch Predict and Visualization is not available

  3. Retraining of TicRR ML models to improve recommendations is not available

  4. Mapping of resolution workflows from TicRR interfaces is not available

  5. ServiceNow ticket should have "Type" field set as Ticket Category; for TicRR to show recommendations

  6. NER model accuracy issues reduces the number of tickets in TicRR queue
