Grafana Dashboard

Grafana dashboard will be supported in one organisation only.

Verified by setting up Grafana dashboard in different organisations of same environment.

“client not found” message will be displayed in Grafana dashboard page for new organisation.

Multi-org support for Grafana dashboard to be fixed in future release.

Dashboard Alert Pattern

With top 5 alerts for each day with different alert names coming in for different days, X axis of alert pattern is visible by selecting small duration in date filter

Verified by selecting large duration in date filter

X axis data goes not readable

Email Template

Alerts are listed properly when alert send with all required fields

Verified by sending alerts without all fields

Fields been missed in incoming alert template, data in other fields gets added with wrong data.

Auto Refresh

Alerts are listing when auto refresh is set to a small value

Verified by setting maximum value in auto refresh

No maximum limit validation available. Entering larger value does not work as expected.

ITOps currently support iHUB channel’s – Queue, http,API Scanner and Email only.

 

Verified by testing http channel & queue channel

Queue channel & http - Add/Edit is possible only via API.

Email id can be configured only in a single source

Verified by sending alerts

Same email id cannot be configured in multiple source emails of Extract email workflow.

Alert details are captured in elastic search for a particular template

Verified by sending alerts with Alert id, More information URL, Alert Attribute if not hostname OID

Alert id, More information URL is not captured in Elastic search. Alert Attribute if not hostname OID, is not captured.
