ITOps-Upgrade to v1.3
Follow the steps below to upgrade to ITOps v 1.3 from 7.1

Import all the micro actions and skills mentioned in below file:

Workflows and micro actions are available at: Workflows|Microactions -
Import the attached dashboard JSON in the Grafana dashboard console.
Note: There is no change in the dashboard import step. please follow the steps described in 7.X PDD -

The following fields in Correlation workflow should be verified and updated if needed.

thresholdCount : Number of alerts processed per execution. Currently we have updated it as 55 based on previous performance runs.

thresholdTimeForWorkflowRelease : Time duration upon which a new instance of Correlation workflow can be triggered even if existing is in running status. Currently we have updated it as 15 based on previous performance runs.

The following fields should be updated in split cluster
servicenowCallerId - Default value - SmartOps -
Please note that highlighted fields in Correlation, Split and TicketUpdateScheduler wf might need update. They are :
initialAssignmentUser : Newly created Servicenow ticket to be assigned to this user upon creation. Please update with relevant servicenow user.
initialAssignmentGroup : Newly created Servicenow ticket to be assigned to this group upon creation. Please update with relevant servicenow group.
reAssignmentGroup : Group to which Servicenow ticket to be re assigned (upon meeting threshold time or while splitting)
