User Personas
KYC has 3 User Personas as detailed below:
Installation Engineer
Installation Engineer user configure the KYC Package Workflow in customer locations fulfilling the customer requirements. Installation Engineer can configure the project settings which includes configurations such as Vision Project, Email Sense configurations etc. An installation engineer is also responsible for adding users to each project.
KYC Admin
KYC Admin has the complete view of the project. An Admin user can manage project configurations, add KYC reviewers/users, view KYC dashboard etc.
KYC Reviewer
A KYC Reviewer can view all projects assigned to him/her and perform the verification tasks.
